Keep your contact information up to date

Do we have your current physical address? Email? Phone Number?

It is very important that we can reach you about your banking account with us. Have you moved, changed your email address, or phone number?  We often receive returned postal mail and email bounce-backs indicating inaccurate contact information. Please help us by keeping your contact information current. 

Other reasons why it is important to have accurate contact information are included below. We want to be able to communicate information about:

  • Important Updates that could affect your Account
  • Changes to branch hours
  • Alerts of scams or phishing attempts

For security reasons we ask you to start the process of updating your account information through our online banking portal. Simply log in and send us a secure message with your information. We will then call you to verify and complete your updates. Or, if it is more convenient simply give our customer service representative a call, during regular business hours.
