Financial Relief

We know that many of our customers have been negatively affected by coronavirus impacts and we stand ready to help. You may be eligible for relief options and we encourage you to stay in contact with your banker regarding your situation.

On Friday, March 27, 2020, President Trump signed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act into law. This legislation provides banks with additional tools to help their customers and communities, and the nation’s economy, through the crisis. It ensures that billions of dollars will be used for loans, provided by banks, and guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The Payment Protection Program within this historic relief plan established a $349 billion lending program for small businesses. The program will provide small businesses with immediate, low-cost assistance for payroll and operating costs. To help small businesses and sole proprietors understand their emergency and payroll protection loan options under the new law, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has released a helpful guide that can be found by clicking here: Chamber Guide

The State Bank Group is an approved SBA Partner and can help you navigate the application process. We will provide information regarding eligibility, how to apply and any documentation requirements as soon as it becomes available from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
