PPP Loan applications accepted through August 8, 2020

The Small Business Administration (SBA) indicated in a June 30, 2020 report that approximately $130 billion in PPP Funding is still available. We are encouraging those businesses that did not pursue a PPP loan previously to consider these funds as a valuable tool to assist their businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. To meet the SBA's deadline, any interested businesses should submit their application and all supporting documentation by August 8, 2020.

The Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act signed into law in early June allows for more flexibility in how PPP funds can be used and has relaxed terms for repayment.

Our bankers worked over the weekends, on holidays, and all through the night at times, to align with the SBA's hours. During this public health emergency we are so grateful to play a role in helping to keep our local small businesses afloat, and their workers paid.

SBA-PPP Loan Forgiveness Application

The offical Paycheck Protection Program Forgiveness Application (SBA Form 3508) includes important forgiveness details and instructions for calculating PPP Loan Forgiveness. While this may help you get a sense of the supporting documents required, please keep in mind that the SBA and Treasury Departments have announced they are working on revising the application to incorporate recent changes to PPP.
