Debit Card and ATM Services

After opening a new checking accont, your debit card will be sent to you in the mail for free. Once you receive your card, call 800-992-3808 to activate it and set your personal identification number (PIN). Your debit card can be used at ATMs and anywhere credit cards are used. To protect your card, set up alerts and controls through TSBG Card Control, found right in your mobile banking app.

Safe Banking Tips

Never give out the following information in an email:

  • First name, last name, business name
  • Email and password combination

  • Credit card, bank account, and PIN
  • Social security and driver's license number

Do not download attachments, software updates, or any application to your computer via a link you received in an email. The State Bank Group will not ask you to download anything for your account to work.
